MAHA TET 2024 Application Form
The Maharashtra State Examination Council annually conducts the Teacher Eligibility Test for aspiring teachers to assess the proficiency and capabilities of potential teachers and determine eligibility for teacher appointments in primary and upper primary schools. The TET is mandatory in the state for the teacher’s appointment.
The Maharashtra State Examination Council has released the short notice for the 2024 TET examination, the candidates can apply online as the application window is already open from 09 September 2024 till 30 September 2024. On clearing the TET 2024 exam, the candidates will acquire a TET Certificate that is valid for a lifetime.

MAHA TET 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who wish to appear for the MAHA TET 2024 exam should fulfill the below eligibility requirements to be eligible to apply for the exam:
Educational Qualification:
- Applicants applying for teaching positions for Class I-V must have completed higher secondary or equivalent qualifications with at least 50% marks and hold a degree of B.El.Ed/ B.Ed/ Diploma in Primary education or secured 45% marks in higher secondary and completed Diploma in teacher education (D.T.Ed.).
- Applicants applying for the upper primary teacher positions (Class VI-VIII) must have completed intermediate with at least 50% marks and possess a B.Ed/ B.El. Ed/ B.A.Ed qualifications.
MAHA TET 2024 Application Fee
The MAHA TET 2024 included two papers one for the primary level and the other upper primary level, the candidates have to pay the application fee based on their category and the quantity of papers they are applying for. The candidates can check the application fee for the MAHA TET 2024 below:

- The objective-type TET 2024 exam will have no negative marking scheme and candidates will gain +1 mark for every correct answer.
MAHA TET 2024 Admit card
The candidates must be now wondering about the admit card of the TET 2024 as without an admit card the candidates would not be able to know their examination center and wouldn’t be able to enter the examination hall. As per the notification, the authority will release the MAHA TET 2024 admit card on the official website on 28 October 2024.
The candidates will be able to download their admit card through their MAHA TET 2024 login credentials till 10 November 2024. The candidates are advised to check their admit card details including the candidate name, roll number, exam schedule, exam center address, exam instructions, etc. when they download the admit card.
MAHA TET 2024 Result
The Maharashtra State Examination Council usually declares the TET Result within a month of the examination, so candidates can expect the TET 2024 result in December 2024 on the official website.
The candidates who clear the exam by passing the MAHA TET 2024 cut-off marks will be able to download their TET Certificate a month after the result declaration on the official website.
