HURL invites online applications from qualified Indian nationals for the Graduate/ Diploma Engineer Trainees post at various units. The corporation plans to fill up 212 vacant posts of GETs/DETs through this recruitment drive.

HURL Eligibility Criteria 2024
Candidates willing to apply for the HUL GET/DETs recruitment drive can check their eligibility to apply from the below eligibility criteria:
Age Limit:
- Applicants applying for GET should be aged between 18 and 30 years on 30 Sep 2024.
- Applicants applying for DET should be aged between 18 and 27 years on 30 Sep 2024.
Educational Qualification:
- Applicants applying for the GET post should have a full-time regular engineering degree or AMIE in the concerned discipline from a recognized University or institute.
- Applicants applying for the DET post should have completed the three-year Diploma in the concerned discipline or others from the recognized University.

HURL GETs/ DETs Selection Process 2024
The corporation will select the candidates for GETs/ DETs based on the following selection criteria:
- Online CBT Exam: Candidates will undergo an online Computer-based test at tentative exam centers in Lucknow, Delhi, Patna, and Ranchi. The corporation will assess the candidate’s general and professional knowledge through the exam.
- Document Verification: Candidates who qualified in the CBT exam will be called for document verification based on merit. The candidates have to present the original documents from their educational certificate to their caste certificate for the document verification.
After the Document verification, the authority will prepare the final selection list based on online test marks against the number of vacancies.
HURL Exam Date 2024
The corporation will conduct the CBT exam at the to-be-announced date and venue. The candidates can expect the announcement of the CBT exam date after the application period. The candidates can expect a CBT exam for the GET/DET post in December 2024.
HURL Exam Syllabus & Pattern 2024
Candidates should check the following exam pattern and syllabus of the HURL GET/DET CBT test to prepare well for the exam:
- The CBT test is related to the concerned discipline and general aptitude.
- The corporation will conduct the CBT in both Hindi and English medium.
- The exam will be held for 120 minutes (2 hours), where candidates have to answer 15 questions.
- The candidates will be awarded with one mark for each correct answer, there is no negative marking.

HURL Admit Card & Result 2024
The corporation will release the admit card at least 7 to 10 days before the scheduled examination for GET/DET recruitment. The candidates would need the admit card to participate in the recruitment exam and acquire the exam center and the rest info.
The result of the CBT exam will be released on the official website around a month or two after the examination.
