ECGC PO Eligibility Criteria 2024

Citizenship:
- Applicants should be an Indian national, or subject of Nepal or Bhutan/Tibetan refugee/an Indian origin person who migrated to India from ESt African Countries of Kenya, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Burma, Zaire, Ethiopia, Uganda, Zambia, Vietnam, Malwai, and Tanzania.
Age Limit:
- Applicants’ age should be between 21 years and 30 years on the cut-off date of 01 September 2024.
- The upper age is relaxed for SC/ST by 5 years, OBC by 3 years, PwBD by 10 years, and Ex-servicemen by 5 years.
Educational Qualification:
- Applicants with a Graduation degree in any discipline from a Government of India-recognized University or have equivalent qualifications recognized by the Indian central government.
- All the educational qualifications should be from a Govt. of India-recognized University/ Board/ Institution and the final result of the qualification should have been out by 01 Sep 2024.

- Online Examination: ECGC will conduct an online examination consisting of one objective-type question paper and one descriptive-type test to assess the general knowledge, professional knowledge, and writing skills of the applicants.
