The registration for the All India Law Entrance Test 2025 is taking place from August 1, 2024. Candidates who are seeking admission for BA-LLB (Honours) or LLM for academic year 2025-26 may submit the application form by visiting the official website on or before November 18, 2024.

AILET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for the AILET (All India Law Entrance Test) 2025 is available below inside the table in terms of educational qualification and age limit for BA-LLB, LLM and PhD in Law.

Program Educational Qualification Age Limit
BA-LLB (Honours)  Must have passed a 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board with minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/PwD). There is no upper or lower age limit to apply for AILET 2025.
LLM Must have an LL.B. or equivalent law degree from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwD).

AILET 2025 Application Fee

Note: Below Poverty Line (BPL) applicants of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes categories aren’t required to pay the application fee.

AILET 2025 Admit Card 

The admit card for the AILET 2025 will be available on the official website most probably a week before the scheduled exam date. Candidates can anticipate its release on the respective web-portal by the last week of November 2024, and then aspirants will be able to download and make print copies for further reference.

AILET 2025 Exam Date 

The exam date for the All India Law Entrance Test 2025 is announced by the National Law University, New Delhi. Candidates are hereby notified that the exam will be administered on December 08, 2024, with an exam time duration of 1 Hour 30 Minutes, from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm at various exam centres.

Note: The entry inside the exam hall will begin 10:30 am, no candidates will be allowed inside the exam hall after 11:00 am, make sure to reach at the respective exam centre at least half an-hour before the exam commencement timing with a photo identity card, and physical copy of the hall ticket.
